Draped
Scarves as Still LifeA series of still life photographs, inspired by the distinctive mood and shadows of 17th century Dutch Masters paintings. The soft texture of cashmere contrasts with coarse stone jugs and bottles; a husk of corn lies against smooth rolls of tartan; the soft flesh of a lemon peers from behind its curling rind. Draped folds fall from a mantelpiece and the orb of an orange reflects the hem on a slate grey scarf.
