Wild Atlantic Way

Stretching 2600 km along west Ireland’s rugged coastline, the Wild Atlantic Way paints a vivid picture. Brushes of weathered sands, swathes of countryside, and flecks of towering cliff coat this natural canvas, shaped by the power of the Atlantic Ocean. Even in the small stretch between Achill and Galway, the colours of this coastal palette reveal themselves. Moss greens and gentle hay yellows sweep the valleys in Connemara National Park, bright cyans reflect on the waters beyond Keem beach and dark stormy greys gather above the islands of Clew Bay.
